NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GRASSLAND WATER DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Grassland Water District will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at:
Grassland Water District, 200 W. Willmott Avenue, Los Banos, CA 93635
If you need directions to the District facilities or if special assistance is required, please call
the GWD office, (209) 826-5188 by Monday, March 9, 2026.  If you bring printed material for distribution at the board meeting, please bring at least 12 copies with you.

AGENDA

  1. CORRECTIONS OR ADDITIONS TO AGENDA – The Board will consider corrections or additions to the Agenda for items requiring immediate action that have come to the attention of the Board after the posting of the Agenda.

  2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – Members of the audience will be permitted to address the Board on items affecting their operations and items within their jurisdiction. The President may limit the time available for comment.
  3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – The Board will consider approval of the Minutes of the GWD/GRCD/GGSA Joint Board meeting on February 10, 2026.

  4. CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATIONS REPORT – Ken Swanson, District Engineer/Watermaster, will report on water supply, field operations, and construction projects.

GWD RESOLUTION 2026-003 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE EXCHANGE OF WATER BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES, SAN LUIS WATER DISTRICT, AND GRASSLAND WATER DISTRICT FOR FUNDING OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOS BANOS CREEK WATER DIVERSION FACILITIES PROJECT, AND THE FORBEARANCE OF RIPARIAN WATER FROM LOS BANOS CREEK (AGREEMENT NO. 17-WC-20-5054)
